Farewell Breakfast for Hemraj & Ajesh - 27 Jan 2015‏

Dear TM Hem Raj Poudel and TM Ajesh Mahto,

Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule especially on your last day today in Malaysia to accept my humble invitation for a farewell breakfast at 0945 hrs.

I am glad to have picked the right venue for our morning bite i.e. Zam Zam Café & Satay Club in Lebuh Bandar Utama, nearby Centrepoint, PJ as the ambience and atmosphere were conducive, quiet and relaxing for us to enjoy a bit of banter and badinage as we get up to speed on developments and happenings in your career advancement and further studies in USA. Besides, you relished eating the roti telur and curry very much!

10 months have passed us by so quickly in the blink of an eye since you joined D'Utama Toastmasters Club as novices in public speaking and leadership development.  I noted that both of you  have completed 3 assignment speeches each from the CC manual plus various projects in the CL manual. I believe that if both of you continue to follow the Toastmasters educational program in public speaking and leadership training consistently and persistently, you will transform yourselves to become better speakers and awesome leaders eventually!

Thank you for updating me on your further studies in USA as follows :-

1.  Program : Masters in Computer Science (Advanced Programming)
2.  Course format : 9 months of academic study in campus + 2 years of industrial training with remote leaning.  Convocation in Feb, 2018.
3.  Campus : Maharishi University of Management (MUM) (Founder is an Indian Yogi Master)
4.  Location : Fairfield, Iowa, USA

I understand that both of will be departing tonight at KLIA on Flight MH 171, ETD 2020 hrs for Kathmandu, Nepal.  Eventually, by 11 Feb afternoon, you will be arriving at MUM.  You will get a literally cold welcome as I have listened to the news today that "historic" blizzards are hammering the North Eastern part of USA currently and probably will spread to Iowa by the time you reach there!

Anyway, on behalf of the Exco and members of DUTC, I would like to wish both of you every success, robust health, good luck and peace of mind as you embark on your further studies and career advancement in USA.  Don't forget to continue your Toastmasters' journey there!

Keep in touch always and take good care of yourselves!

Attached 2 photos of us having breakfast and the venue to facilitate retaining the indelible memories of this significant milestone of your brief sojourn in Malaysia and Toastmasters!

Warmest Regards,

Henry Fu
