Meeting held on 20th March by TME Gan Teong Hock, DTM

Dear Members and Guests,

I have a most wonderful time conducting the Speakers’ Night meeting last evening. A main contributor to the huge success is because of you – not only did you support by being the role players, and very committed role players too – every one was at meeting ON TIME, prompt and punctual. Your commitment and dedication are commendable. Your support and excellent role play at the meeting certainly enraptured me. I wish to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for what you have done, and wish to say a BIG Thank You to all of you. I must thank DTM Yip for replacing Levin as ASA#1 at the eleventh hour.

To the few other members who have turn up for the meeting but did not play any role, my gratitude too for being with us. Keatky, welcome back – looking forward to your speeches. And James, although you’re not with us, thanks for introducing D’Utama to your staff – two of them were with us last evening, and we certainly hope to see you at our meeting again.

I hope everyone have enjoyed the meeting as much as I have conducted it.

For those of you who have missed the meeting last evening, here is an update for your info: Besides the good turnout of members, we also have excellent guests turnout - seventeen guests were present last evening. Being a speakers’ night, a total of seven speakers delivered their prepared speeches last evening, ranging from two ice breakers (new members Gay Sook Mei and her son Yap Wai Hong) to one Advanced Manual project (Alex Tan, CC). For the record, Yvonne Yon and Alex Tan, CC, were voted best speaker for their respective session. Tarcayani , CC, and Johnson Yike, DTM, were voted as best evaluators.

See all of you again at our next meeting, on 3 April.
